No, sorry. I don't want the NPCs stronger then we are.
NPCs? Hmmm...

Why? Because I'm trying to make our circle of magicians stronger and save some time?

Then maybe share everything via PM instead of in the open?

They're cute but my god that's terrifying.

Not quite. I'm merely trying to make useful spell hunting easier.

No, you are... I've already sent Dragnar my resignation. He's trying to keep me on board though... I'll see whether I will stay or not.

Why does it ruin the game. All the stuff is in spoilers. Just don't read them. Or go outside of the Academy.

Sorry, I'll stop sharing any info on this school, and won't share any more magic details publicly. I might or might not trade for details of later schools.

I shouldn't speak for people, but there are a few likely reasons:

1) It's very difficult for most people to resist clicking spoilers.
2) He wants to figure the puzzles out for himself. If everybody is is cooperating to solve the puzzles, it's less fun to solve them alone, especially since it means he would still end up weaker.

I propose a system to encourage working alone, although I'm really not sure how to go about it. Perhaps have artifacts that teach words, but each artifact only teaches them to one living person at a time? There could be multiple artifacts for the same word, just hidden in different places.

Kadzar does something magical, but no one can tell what he actually accomplished.

Croix enters a mausoleum near town and has yet to return.

Breadbocks magically repairs some of the damage the others have caused with his new spells.

Fredrick's research leads to a ball of fire flying out of his workshop.

SHAD0W glares at the others.

Hugehead joins SHAD0W in a glaring contest.

These protection spells are surprisingly worthless.
