And Afro Samurai is- for once- an anime where the Protagonist is not:

a) the worst possible person on the ladder, with a SECRET HIDDEN TALENT.
b) the best possible person in the world. And also invincible.

AHEM!

Not that It's a popularity contest.
This is a contest about who is the most evil and chaotic.

So why not tell us how Evil they are?

Dr. Weil also wants to do this. He manipulated the hero of the first games into becoming his dragon (or did he?!?!). He can bring stuff back from the dead. And he's a withered old man in floating powered armor. Also he is the devil.
