Jack Noir! He, literally, destroyed two armies single handedly.

AM killed every single human being, except for 5 humans he has been torturing for over 100 years.

Jack Noir! He, literally, destroyed two armies single handedly.
Two armies that stopped fighting each other to fight him as soon as he showed up, and still got destroyed without leaving a scratch on Jack.

AM killed every single human being, except for 5 humans he has been torturing for over 100 years.
And then those human beings then proved AM wrong about its entire outlook on everything and killed it.

What the hell?

No seriously, the story ends with the one last guy alive being a giant blob of undying flesh, being tortured by AM forever and ever.

I mean sure, they did manage to out smart it and kill themselves with out AM stopping them, but they fucking killed themselves. That is not a winning move. Ever.

That would depend if we're going on the book or the game. So we could both be considered right untill one is decided over the other.

The book ends with four of them dead and one being tortured by AM forever.

The game can either end that way or with four of them dead, AM dead, and the survivor awaking a hidden colony of humans on the dark side of the moon.

Obviously we'd be going with the book.

And anyway, Jack ruined like three planets simultaneously for the simple reason that he didn't want to wear a jester outfit.

He broke everything for his dignity.  That's more evil.

Obviously we'd be going with the book.
Why? Harlan Ellison helped produce the game as well, and if memory serves, he voiced AM.
