MOST CHAOTIC (OR EVIL)! Kane WINS!

This is kinda like like the MOST FAVORITE (2)! thread, except not.

Its for Bad guys/Evil Villains/Chaotic Evil/Chaotic Neutral characters only, preferably not the same guys as from Most Favorite 2, to keep it less repetitive. characters from Most Favorite 1 are fine, though.
Also, put where they're from so we don't have another Gilgamesh thing.

Hmm, this is pretty cool.  I'm just a little nervous about how far this fad will go.

Anyway, my villain will be Bradley from Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I'd vote for Richard, but I knew about Kane first and he is awesome.
