Alright, I had to think long and hard about this one.

My second nomination will be Souther from Fist of the North Star: The Legend of Raoh.



Souther holds the prestigious position of being one of the only enemies in the entire FotNS continuity to totally beat Kenshiro's ass fair and square. This is a monumental feat considering that Kenshiro is infallible and godlike in every way. His other achievements include being the undisputed Emperor over most of the new world, having a giant pyramid built in his honor and having it completed by someone that had sworn to kill him, mastering a unique form of Nanto Seiken that only he knows, scaring Raoh (the strongest man in the world and Kenshiro's brother) shitless, and being one of the most snidely pricks the world has ever known and still being lovable inspite of it.
