Could I get an act count on the citadel I created early in the turn? I imagine that most structures would cost one act, but this one is a bit more fancy than most, so I would want to know if it would be bumped up to two.

From the ground, a great structure emerged. Forcing its way through the earth, it was slowly revealed. An enormous tower was the first to break through, but it was a tower composed of shimmering diamond. A full mile it extended. Around it a great keep, a quarter of a mile tall, stood, also made of shimmering diamond. The structures of diamond were clear to those looking out, but opaque to those looking in. During the night, the diamond would cast a great light outwards, illuminating the landscape for many miles. He christened the entire thing the citadel of light.

One or two acts. I'll have to think of that.

Homestuck has really good music to listen to to help get your juices flowing. If you're thinking evil, listen to Black. For a explorative track, try Endless Climb, or Sburban Jungle. And everything from the Midnight Crew album is badass. You don't even have to read homestuck to appreciate the music, lyricless as it is.

Sorry, I know I was a bit vague when I created them. Culturally I see them as very close to Native Americans prior to the discovery of America, so yes they would have ceremonial burials and rituals returning a person to the land, etc.

It is very likely they would adopt the custom of covering a grave with rocks to keep scavengers away from the body as well.

Well, the more vague the original description the more artistic liberties I can take with them in terms of Heroes, so that's better for me. Feel free to flesh them out as much as you want, though.

They were intended to be a creative pool from which you guys can draw and do whatever you want with, with the 'traditional' northren staying loyal to the Winter Lord as his followers.

phoenixes can't speak, and as I said, I havent really made them very intelligent yet. that will come later.

Now that abominations are around i could imagine that burials will become more essential.
