Yes but how does one decide? Is it a simple choice shouted at the moon, or a mental decision? Does one have to concentrate to not be in moonlight? Is it subconscious?

If subconscious, that will be amusing. Someone creeping along outside doing something naughty, no light shed on them. They have a stray thought, "Mmm, I'm hungry. Should get some soup." and suddenly they're lit up. Panic, and it goes dark again. hehe

It's something along the lines of 'If-they-were-asked-at-this-very-moment-what-would-their-decision-be', but it reacts fairly slowly, to prevent naturally occurring rave parties.

But that would rock.

So hard.

How long does it take to react? Hour? Day? Week?

Amparos just sits there in his pond while everyone comes, talks with him for a few minutes and then runs away. Poor guy. Does he smell bad or something?

Nothing, but it's incorporeal instead of incorperal.

I think someone has to invent metallurgy (or whatever) before I can be forged/born. All I need is one sword and a burst of essence and I can make the PARASITE SWORD OF IMMINENT DOOM.

You could make a crappy sword from something like wood though.

Btw, everyone except Phera has acted, right?

Also, Caesar said you will be required to manifest in a corporeal form sometimes.

I made the names in the history part into links. That counts as looking after the history part.

Do I have to go to jail now?
