Oh man, I can't wait for everyone to start shouting at poor, confused Amparos who has no idea why everyone cares so much about mortals.

EDIT: My next post will most likely be about the raid, though. It's kinda confusing to handle two storylines at the same time.

Probably has something to do with all these second-generation gods actually being dependent upon mortals for their very existence.

What's that, you say?  The sea doesn't care if the races of men live or die?

Well, sh-t.

And the nightlife needs not only mortals but a good bit more tech than we have at the moment for a good proper one, so I've got my hands tied as well. Maybe I'll found an assassin corps or something, except I haven't properly aligned myself to either side.

Ooh. Wait. Mercenaries. Post hopefully soonish.

Ideally, a couple other people would post first... but I'll start working on my next post whenever I'm not busy.

Alright, it's just the MSPA forums....

OK fine it's MSPA.

Been delaying the stuff Jack needs to sort out at the Tower of the Magi, but I couldn't resist weighing in on that conflict.  With all that killing, he's got a pretty good sense of what's going on.

Also, yeah, Order of Assassins is on the to-do list.  Probably get it sorted this turn in an embryonic form.  >_<

Wow, another impressive post. I endorse your writing style. ;)

Also interesting how many gods show interest in that little village. Rahisael surely enjoys this.

My oh my... I was cool when it was just the fish-men, but now it looks like Phera's going to have to intervene... but don't worry, I'm not going to leave everyone upstairs hanging (anymore than I already am, since I spent half the day sleeping due to feeling like shit)

This raid isn't going too well for the Chosen anymore. Good thing they have a teleport waiting, but they'll be forever despised if they actually dare to flee from a battle. If they even get to flee, with all this godly influence going on.

Also, Iituem, why you gotta be so good? You're such a great writer.

Honestly, this whole battle could have gone more or less unnoticed by Jack if Carmanthyre wasn't taking part.  He just has a bit of a soft spot for his brother.  And by soft spot I mean crushingly bitter rivalry.

Edit:  Also, this entire battle is predicated on the assumption that this isn't the shrine to Phera up on the volcano.  XD

Your comment about Amparos makes me want to make the sea care about the activities of mortals. And perhaps Akiel can do that... It will take time.
