Well, first up, this was a fairly big signature, +1 for content, +1 for variation in said content. Now let's go for a blow-by-blow.

Flags.

Firstly, I must point out that I haven't looked at the flag thread one bit, so the only flags I recognise are the US and the Jolly Roger. The others seem to pass muster for whatever they are, so good job! Not too many that they clutter up this section. I'll give you a +2 for that, +1 for the link to the thread.

Links.

Already noted above the link to the flag thread, so I won't mention it here, but there's also another link to a forum thread. Good job, +1 on that.

Quotes.

Now, this is a passable signature. It passes muster. It is currently good enough! BUT! If you wanted to make it better, I'd advise adding some flags, maybe another quote (preferably from the forums), maybe a self-descriptor. These things would all improve the signature.
