I believe they do.

I have never seen a wounded NPC running around with a med kit at least.

Sometime between when I first played the game and now, the civilians learned how to pick things up from shelves. Now they keep nabbing my food and nabbing the guns, and drastically decreasing my chances of survival. I've had to make little hiding spots for groceries and canned food by moving shelves about and concealing the food to keep myself alive.

I wish we could shoot at friendly units, to kill potential looters/be an ass.


Also, for some reason the music 'Survivors' (the song that plays when survivors enter the map) doesn't seem to fit for some reason. I understand the Bikers having a rock song, the Gangstas having a rap song, the Army and Guardsmen having a military beat, but the song for Survivors doesn't match at all.

It would be cool if you could extort people for their items, and if they're equally or better armed than you they might start a fight.

Extorting is threatening to kill/maim somebody if they don't give you their stuff. Murdering is actually killing somebody for their stuff.

I said for you to be able to extort people for their stuff.

Second, the civilian attacked him in a blind rage because he was about to starve, that is attempted murder.
