Let us never forget the oldschool "Tangeringe-People" Mediterranean portrait pack.

Rest in pepperoni, orange basileus.
It all makes sense now, trump is Mediterranean

This gives the potential for Don Jr to succeed the throne. The man who compared immigrants to poisonous skittles.

I guess it would make for an interesting spectacle..?

The long game is key: Create more elector titles and spread them out everywhere, so whoever sits on the throne has to consider a far more powerful council relative to the Empire title

YES

(which is, appropriately, Swedish for "geese")

Everyone else is excited about shattering and random and I'm just sitting here with a huge grin on my face because they finally got around to giving south slavs their due. For a while I was worried they'd never even do it, I heard rumors that they couldn't find enough good images to work from. So happy that's actually a thing now.

I thought they had also implemented a random geography thing? That animal kingdoms one is so funny.

The ducks have full sets of clothing. That is adorable.

Unfortunately no. Fortunately, this looks like it'll work with any mod out there, so you can have some wacky maps.

Yes, I don't think random geography is possible with the engine they are using.

With the engine? Yes. With the version of it CK2 uses? No.

It also means that stuff like highland lakes that exist in EU4 are not possible in CK2.

There are people working on ck2 random map generators. This is the old site of one http://ck2generator.com

I saw somewhere in reddit an updated version too. Never actually tried it though

You know, I just realized something. You know how it's possible to end up with your character being an immortal horse? This changes it from possible glitch/bug to outright feature.

Why it doesn't change all of the human kingdoms into animals, I don't know, maybe they couldn't think of anything appropriate for the muslim kingdoms (though camels should be ok)? Or maybe they need the human kingdoms for some of the features to exist, and it's an easter egg after all.
