How do you even wind up targeting yourself with seduction?

There once was a dwarf in a cave,
who many would consider brave.
With a head like a block
he went out for a sock,
his ass I won't bother to save.

When you're basically Cat from Red Dwarf?

I want to know how many people know what you mean without resorting to Google.

I'd like to think most people would at least know of Red Dwarf, here...  Maybe not though D:

Also I think self-seduction was "fixed" since it was apparently a "bug" or some nonsense, pshaaw :P

They cycled Red Dwarf off streaming on Netflix, and I'm pissed, because I want to watch it again.

Poor quality versions are available regularly on Youtube.

Idea for a new type of Crusader Kings 2 game: Random Courtier Deluxe!
How to play:
-Use the random character selector to select a random character.  Reroll if you get a Count.
-Give the first non-dynasty courtier a County.
-Save&Quit, then play as the newly-christened Count.
...
Then you take over the world, of course.  :P

What's the big challenge in that? I mean, it's about the same as a random Count.

Why not just switch over using the console menu?

Ironman is for people who are utterly unable to restrain themselves from cheating in normal play. Making the game hang every time something happens and the game autosaves (and the save becoming unrecoverable in the case of bugs, which are common after new DLC release) is not generally a positive thing, and ironman bestows no benefit if you don't suffer from that weakness of character.

Ironman also enables achievements, which in this game are often actual challenges (and sometimes interesting ones). It also prevents save-scumming. Though in ironman you are completely unable to change from a character once picked, so with or without console it is impossible either way.

I don't think you can switch over on Ironman.

Ironman also enables achievements
If you actually care about that, it's not like you can't just add them manually.

I would consider that a subset of cheating.

And so King Custentin of Brittany passed away at 66 from stress cause by the education of his grandson and heir Custentin the second. Luckily, Custentin II was nearing 15 at the time, so the regency was short and uneventful. The worst thing to happen was before the death of the king when his second son Iudon realized that he wouldn't be able to fulfill his ambition by staying in Brittany. Using his reputation as a brilliant strategist, he created an host and started an invasion of Algiers. At first Iudon was successful, but eventually his progress come to an halt. Then Custentin II, overlooking the bad relation with his uncle, decided to support the invasion which ended in victory.
