You can get about 40~

Your character gets events that make you give up lovers the more you have. So at some point around that number you just start losing so many lovers that it becomes pointless.

It's also a bit silly as you can seduce almost anyone with no real consequences or challenge? Pope? No big deal. Your mortal enemy? No problem.

Also, I don't think anyone's going to be able to tell whose father her kid is from. The pope? The leader of an opposing kingdom? Her actual husband? God knows.

Maybe the success rate/MTTH is based on personal stats and since yours were quite high you had no problem seducing said persons?

It's the same with a normal character. I was just fiddling around with Steam workshop when I made that. After you do a few seductions you get the upgraded seduction trait that gives you an "insta-seduce" move.

The event tree is super simple and the same every single time.

Another time I tried to just seduce black / middle eastern people with an irish woman but all the babies turned out white for some reason... I thought with at least 20 children, one would be dark skinned.

Edit:

People that you can't seduce are:

1. Your spouse.
2. Your children (tsk).
3. The same sex. I think you need the homosexual trait for this.
4. People too far away for diplomacy.

I think you can't seduce grandchildren either but I'm not certain. I know you can seduce your siblings and also cousins / niece and nephews.

So...am I the only one who likes starting the game kinda late? By that, I mean..."everyone" seems to choose old gods or the one before that or the default one right after old god start.

But, I have more fun starting in the first crusade period, where Kingdom of Jerusalem first appears. There is a lot more that goes on, and doing crusades is a lot of fun. On top of that, you really have to do intrigue/diplomacy to really get going...cause those Muslims are really powerful. I tend to always choose to be a vassal to Byzantines though, so I get holy orders+cataphracts+varangian guards

Everyone else seems to start really early...I don't see many people starting late. Is there a reason for that or is it just personal preference?

When you start early you still experience all the later stuff anyway and when you're an "experienced" player you just keep the game on max speed anyway.
