Hooray, they fixed the game-breaking Levy bug. Only took 1+ months to do it.

The good news is, now you can't build holdings. What a joke this development has become. I'll just stick with 2.2.1 until they decide they actually want to release a real patch.

I swear, it's like they're deliberately trying to kill CK2 at this point.

Is that a new bug?

Yep. Fix a game breaking bug, introduce a new one that should be caught in about 5 seconds.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way really...

You don't fix armies and then test if you can build a holding after you do that...it is not a logical test.

I am not condoning the fix-a-bug-make-a-bug tradeoff but I would not simply rage at them for being "incompetent"

It's also not nearly as game-breaking. How often do you build settlements anyway?

Actually, that is exactly how that works. You implement a patch, have QA guy run the patch and go through basic checks of things that should work in the game before finalizing the patch as release worthy. Not being able to build holdings because the slots are locked is a pretty huge and obvious bug that was ignored because I doubt they even have QA anymore for their patches. Y'know, sorta like the huge obvious bug where the AI couldn't go to war because they can't use the disband button even though that is a very large and very critical aspect of the game, let alone the basic interface. But it's okay, I found the hotfix that was hidden in the forum. Just saying, it's very, very basic QA.

You go remove kebab before kebab comes!
It's a preemptive kebab removal!
This is clearly not a proper Serbian run; you have yet to remove the kebab.
Serbia is kebab free, only Croats and Tengris to remove

eternal Serbia run
you know what to do
Doo do do do dooo doo doodoodoo doooo

Try going for the Serbian Empire at its fullest- Greece, Bulgaria, Bosnia, and perhaps Croatia.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Serbia grows; an attempt to conquer Croatia failed when the vassal whose claim I was pressing died of stress. The Magyars have been relentlessly pursued by Tengri removal team and Cumanians go back to yurt.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Serbia stronk Rama is Serb
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
King Serbia doesn't take shit from anyone. He also has a tendency to torture his enemies to death. Unsurprisingly the entire world hates Serbia except for some ultra-orthodox states in the Byzantine Empire who like Serbia's redecoration of the Balkans. There was for a brief moment a duke who liked Serbia until the duke was killed by Byzantines.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The day of reckoning has arrived upon Serbia. The Byzantine pigs come for Serbia while Serbia is in deadly war with Croats. Serbia will have to steal jew gold to buy mercenaries to fight off the Byzantines and even then the future of Serbia is unknown. How do I save eternal Serbia?

They hotfixed the holding bug, but personally I'm not getting opinion bonuses from giving people honorary titles anymore.

People or just your wife? Because wives' having less opinion modifiers is a change from a patch or so ago.

But for some reason my wives do not get any and all opinion changes for honorary titles.

Except for revoking them.
