Rajas of India just got released for 15€, along with some extra cosmetic DLC. Get it while it's fresh!

I wonder if the game has become odd.

I'll be that guy.

Is it worth getting CK2 atm? I'm thinking of buying all of the dlc's at once, but Rajas of India isn't in the pack yet... and 80 euro is quite a high price as well - besides I can't see Sons of Abraham, Sword of Islam and Old Gods in that, and I do consider them quite compulsory for CK. Should I buy the game and the DLCs I want separately? Or should I wait until our Lord and Savior Gabe N delivers an Easter Sale?

Every DLC comes with a free patch that's like 90% of the new content, mostly excluding stuff like being able to play in a new start date / as a new religion. You can easily buy the base game now and only buy DLC when they go on sale. Plenty of stuff to do in "vanilla".

Yeah i would get it on sale...I personally find all the DLC worth it...but as a whole its getting kinda sim like (though much more reasonably priced) and its a pretty big chunk of change all at once. Sales are usually in the 50% range though so definitely worth the wait.

It's not out of the picture to be able to buy the entire set sans the latest DLC for like $5 during certain sales.

Is anyone else getting runtime errors when trying to run the game now?

I've had those before with most mods, and the cause for that appears to be using a 32-bit OS or less than 3gb of RAM.

I guess I'll need to install a 64-bit version of windows 7 and buy more RAM.

Thats always a good idea anyways...having less than 3GB nowadays is...ouch...if you have a 64 bit OS...I would shoot for at least 6-8 GB RAM

So, if you want to catch up with the DLC, Steam is celebrating getting a lot of money the release of the Rajas of India with a 75% off for all the DLC prior to this one.

Except Sons of Abraham.  Unfortunately, that's the one I'm still waiting on a sale for. ^_^

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

So I have heard tales of gaming the ruler designer to make your guy live hundreds of years, I'm interested in trying that just for laughs, anyone know how?

Pick every single trait that lowers your age, except the ones that lower your health. Than put all those points in extra health.
