Just discovered that if somebody at my court is a dwarf, I can pin them with the honourary title 'Court Dwarf'.

Some heretic religions can accept female bishops. If you make them an anti-pope, they can claim the papacy any time.

Well, think of it this way. Alexander the Great took control of the Kingdom of Persia and didn't give a shit about it. Same deal here. She holds the skulls of her enemies and flaunts her new title simply because.

My guess is that a Catholic ruler appointed a Cathar antipope, OR an existing antipope converted to Cathar and kept the antipope title.  Its an obscure enough situation that Paradox might have forgotten to put in a check for it.

What happened is that I, playing as a Basque with Absolute Cognatic Elective election laws can apparently grant a prince-bishopric to a woman. (She was my only courtier with Italian culture). Somehow,she had one huge cardinal score (Around 880 before the campaign fund), so she became a Cardinal and then Pope. :p

Cathars don't have popes or any religious head, so you can't have anti-popes.
