I have an older character with really high intrigue and diplomacy who I decided should cash in a lifetime of friendship and piety to end his life as an absolute bastard. I staged a coup by plotting to kidnap my liege the duke an issuing my demands as soon as I ok'd the plan. He refuses then later that day is dragged to my dungeons, I declare myself regent and congratulate myself on a bloodless victory. Now between my liege being my prisoner and the war of the five kings raging I'm not totally sure anyone can actually punish me. I had King Joffrey assassinated, got caught, and suffered no repercussions. Then I had King Tommen assassinated and nobody knew who did it but then I got caught after Myrcella was assassinated and I think everyone's worked out the pattern. I would keep going but nobody wants to join my plots, there aren't a lot of people left who hate someone more than me.

You can't murder your children in vanilla either IIRC? Which I think is kind of stupid, since infanticide and stuff has always happened. Not to mention children rising against their fathers like the Universal Spider. (That is a fucking cool title.)

I was going to say that my god-emperor had children murdered but I realized that I'm recalling heirs. They  were his direct descendants but were regarded as distant kinsmen by the gsme due to the sheer number of generations inbetween

Either Conclave of Monks and Mystics lets you force your kids to take vows I think, which is convenient for getting kids out of the way without pulping them.
