I think my puberty actualy stopped at 18, but I think I lack testosterone
. Acne has recceeded to about 20% of its original strenght in the past two years, I can grow facial hair but veeeeery slowly (one week without shaving gives some barely noticeable stubs, and I shave once a week), I have stopped growing when I hit 5.8 inches, body hair refuses to thrive in any areas apart from the crotch and armpits, my voice is deep enough for an adult but not quite deep and I have fully developed muscles bulging under my skin. I'm 20 now, body hasn't changed at all apart from muscle definition due to daily workout, alot of people think I'm 16~17 when they first meet me.
Maybe its my genes though, all doctors that have examined me have told me that I developed considerably faster then the average person. By 10 my teeth had already all fallen off and grown back, I developed acne earlier the my friends and it also recceed in me while it thrived on them, wisdom teeth showed up earlier then it should, etc.
I think that adults that look like teens are becoming more and more common. I've met a girl in college who's far more extreme then I am. She looks like the average 18 year old, but she's
27, and she told me her body started to change much earlier then the average girls aswell.
Maybe humans are evolving to grow up faster and stay young longer? Or maybe its all according to that theory saying hormones in the food we eat are affecting us and making each generation develop faster and faster?
On a random note about eating habits, maybe it does have something to do with that. I stopped drinking soda and eating less meat a year or two ago, and I feel my metabolism seems much more stable since. Today I just drink natural juice/water and eat much less meat then I used to.
