Nope, just noting that your action is unusually risky, and a low roll would end poorly for you. Of course, you'd still get a dodge roll.

"Last call for votes on the town's name."

Architect: "I remain with Olraniathaloth."
Militia Commander: "How do you say that with a straight face? Anyway, I'll go with Goldhaven."
Herbalist: "Huh? What? Oh, Aronatopia, I guess."

(Votes so far:
Olraniathaloth - 1 votes
Aronatopia - 1 votes
Goldhaven - 2 vote)

-----

So we have a kobold problem eh, anyone up for some Hunting!  Let's teach these slimy bastards not to mess with us, who's with me!
Begin tracking the kobolds who escaped back to their caves (follow trail of blood/smell, using barbarian magic), leading anyone who wishes to follow, teach the soldiers on the ways of the barbarians while we walk.
"I won't give you orders, of course, but I will give you suggestions. Six kobolds managed to kill one of us despite better equipment and an element of surprise. So try not to engage any kobolds unless you are certain that you can defeat them soundly."

-----

Chirlon explores and surveys the immediate north.

The military has free choice on training and patrolling, or on joining Khan's hunt.

The carpenters and the architect now should go to construct one warehouse, and after that houses. The herbalist plants healing herbs. The phantom worker helps the miners. Everyone else should go on as previously.

-----

(Should I have 18 (or 19 with the herbalist's) fields now? Shouldn't kilakan have rage accumulated?)

-----
hey... Evergod. I think that if we link the two towns together it will be easier to grow and such. It would let me go over there and and learn some magic. I mean its just an idea.
(I've certainly toyed with the idea that we could have regular caravans between the towns. They could use some more food, we could use stone. They are well on the way to forge weapons, we have gold and healing herbs. The two towns certainly could complement each other nicely. Just need some draft beasts for wagons, and wagons. Then again, the only big beast we've seen so far on our side of the mountain is a bear. Some jungle this is. No, I didn't just tempt fate.)

That was... It could be worse. I'm pretty sure this accident will be remembered only as amusing story and I will laugh at it myself. Tomorrow probably. I'd better get out of masons' and Governor's sight for a while, though.
Take position at the southern edge of jungle pretending to guard settlement against intruders. In truth, order Jerome to do the watching, personally rest and recuperate.
(Do hurt hands have special consequences like loss of manual dexterity or is it just a HP loss?)

My rage disappears after a fight ends, and I killed the bear in a single round.  So frankly I think I could take on 10 kobolds solely, and with help maybe more, do we have a healer, because if so that's who I'd prefer accompany me, and maybe you could order the militia commander or 2-3 of his men to come with me, that way they get combat experience, and I have less chance of dieing.

((Aye, though I see this more as a competition type of game, with a no-rush buffer between us, but I guess we could go for co-existance... but yeah the only problem would be setting up the caravans themselves..... and making shure they arent ambushed in the mountains...))

If both you and Knight want to pay me I'd be more then happy to tame a few wild creatures and serve as a guard for the caravan whenever it heads out, though I want money.

I could possibly make a path though the mountains, earth magic and all. Maybe a tunnel...? Still. I plan to learn more damaging spells so that should help.

I'll fix the field number in my notes, and probably, but it would have all dissipated by now anyway.

Of course not. Don't worry though, the jungle won't remain benign for long. I'm surprised nobody's run into the deathants by now.

Modhacks.

Just HP loss in this case. I consider masonry a relatively safe task (at least opposed to fighting bears or mining by melting an entire vein), and a {1} is suitably less incapacitating.

I've got some plans for either path, so suit yourselves. It will be likely be easier to go around the mountains, although all paths have their own perils.

(From the overmap, the mountain route could be in the middle regarding safety and speed unless there is a convenient pass or inconvenient goblins. The southern route might be faster, but is at least at risk of being ambushed by kobolds and whatever else lurks in the jungle or beyond. The northern route is probably the safest and slowest route. In any case, a more throughout expedition into the mountains is in order.)

(Speaking of which... the mined gold and the gold in our coffers are different things, right? So the gold in our coffers would better be called money or coin? Also, is it next turn when taxes come in, or the turn after next turn?)

You're right, I'll fix it to Gold Coins on my file.
Taxes come in next turn.

A quick vote count indicates that Errol needs to post before I can update.
