Aquifer Fun?

So I've got a fort under an aquifer in the middle of a human town.  Any interesting or Fun things to do here?  I've thought about filling up their tavern with water...

Build a glass dome around their town and pump it full of water. Make sure to give your dwarves a good view of the human aquariam too.
