Ok, I recently started a succession game called Luckychambers, and named the broker/farmer/drunk after me. Because I thought that that dwarf would have the least chance of dying (and because she was the leader )

So, I play though the first year without much incident (one dwarf went out and massacred the local wildlife, that's about it), and pass it on to the next guy. He takes his sweet time with the turn, but that's ok because he had legitimate excuses. Anyway, he got up to winter and then took a break (or something), and when he gets back, I find out that I'm dead.

I was not pleased.

But then he tells me that the story is, well, you should read it for yourself.
