Actions!

Make sure everyone is here, then open the door, prod ready

Cover me ladies, please.

Result: 3 (weak success)

Pierre strains against the door with all his might. It appears to have jammed at some point, but he manages to force it open a little.

Kick the door. Shoot it once if that doesn't work.

Result: Natural 1

Cecilia gives the door a hard kick. However, it is at a bad angle and she hurts her foot (-1 to next two movement rolls).

Result: 4 (success!)

Frustrated, she then fires a shot at the doorframe. It must have been already damaged, because it falls open! A burst of near-blinding light pours through!

Roll to Dodge! (Pierre): 4
Roll to Dodge! (Cecilia):5
Roll to Dodge! (Jane): 3

Luckily everyone at the door manages to shield their eyes in time.

Go to the other people at the thick door, prepare to kick ass and take names.

Movement Roll: Natural 6

Cassandra makes her way to the others at the door with no hitch. Naturally she is unaffected by the blinding light. Because she's already blind.

Elizabeth shrugs, getting into the room with Pierre.

-Cover you? No thanks, I'm not ready to be a mother.

She giggles evily at this such wonderful joke.

No roll necessary

Marveling at her new, strange, rather clingy boots, Elizabeth makes her way to where the others are. She moves slowly, so she has time to adjust to the light.

Kill anything hostile/talk to anything friendly/investigate if neither is possible.

No roll necessary

Jane looks out the door. She sees...

Current Situation

You All See:

A field. Far from your exit is a wire fence. To the East is a gray building marked with 'BARRACKS'. There is another building marked 'ARMORY' to the West. Directly opposite the building marked 'ARMORY' is a building with a huge door in its roof marked 'HANGAR BAY'.

There is a trail of fire and carnage leading away into the trees far opposite from the five of you.

There are corpses everywhere, of Twisted Men, regular humans, and every now and then a gigantic man-shaped beast, as well as a few gigantic snakes. The 'HANGAR BAY' seems to be where the most carnage has been concentrated.

This must be that 'ARMORY' the woman on the communicator device mentioned. She also mentioned that they were holed up in the 'HANGAR BAY'. Perhaps the 'BARRACKS' might contain something useful as well?

"Let's go to the Hangar Bay. That's where the people were holed up, we could get some answers... if they're not dead yet."

Attempt to augment BLINDVISION by sensing vibrations in the ground (yes, I know, it's a bit BS, but what the hey)

-Ooooh, pretty... brings memories of... uh, what? Anyway. Dips on the armory!

Elizabeth stealthily (or rather more appropriately: "carefreely") dashes toward the door of the armory and then checkes if it's locked or not. If not, she opens the door just slightly and peeks in.

I just fucking love when everyone goes into different direction :D Much fun ensues~

Also, time to hit the bed, it's fucking 1:38am, maaan.

Actions

To the Barracks!
edit: Stealthily

Result: Natural 6

Cecilia makes her way up to the Barracks silently. She notices that the door is open and there is a dead Twisted Man lying half-in and half-out of it. If there's anything inside, there's no way it could have noticed her.

Movement Roll: 5 + 1 (Blindvision) - 1 (Carapace Armor) = 5 (Epic Success)

Cassandra makes her way to the Hangar Bay, after telling the others it would be a good idea. The building is huge, though. She sees a gigantic entrance heaped with monster corpses to her left, and a small side door to her right.

Armoryyyyyy Seriously people, that's pretty much the best word of the english language right there, and we could use more ammo/weapons

Stealth Roll (Elizabeth): 3 + 1 (Black Suit) = 4
Stealth Roll (Jane): 5
Stealth Roll (Pierre): 3 (weak success)

Elizabeth, Jane, and Pierre creep off towards the building named 'Armory'. It is, after all, the best word in the English language. They head up to the side door, but...

Roll to dodge! (Elizabeth): 6
Roll to dodge! (Pierre): 4
Roll to dodge! (Jane): 5

A huge monstrous creature, shaped like a man, but with rough skin and a single eye off to the left of its nose stumps around from behind the building. Forewarned by its bulk, the three take cover behind the building's other side without it noticing. This is clearly what was preventing those people on the communicator device from reaching the armory.

Current Situation

Pierre, Jane, Elizabeth

Taking cover from a large man-thing behind the Armory.

Cecilia

About to enter the Barracks.

Cassandra

Hanging around outside the Hangar Bay.
