Jane and Cecilia head cautiously down the dark hallway, Cecilia calling out to the others again. They advance slowly and come upon a thick door. Through the seam they can see light. This must be the exit.

Get those insulated boots, and the taser if nobody else want it. Then go join the others at the other corridor

Pierre reaches into the wall panel and grabs a pair of insulated boots, as well as the taser. That feels much better. He then goes out into the corridor after Jane and Cecilia.

Result: 5 (epic success)

Calming down sufficiently, Cassandra manages to hear the sound of others' breathing. She can now do this on a regular basis (you can now make Ranged attacks at a -2 penalty and you get a +1 to movement). She then taps Elizabeth on the shoulder and asks for a gas mask and some insulated boots.

No Roll Necessary

After seeing what the black blood had done to her Lab Coat, Elizabeth has an idea. She pulls on the last pair of insulated boots and runs back into the laboratory, standing in the pool of blood.

Sure enough, the blood warps and twists her boots into a new, less protective, but much stickier form (Black Boots, +1 to movement rolls)

Current Situation

Pierre, Jane, Cecilia

They are standing at the end of the hallway, facing what appears to be an exit. Everything is eerily quiet. Not even the voices speak now.
