Genned a world with quite a lot good of good spots for volcanoe lovers.

Throughout the map, I've found a few volcanoes with limestone plus sand plus streams. Also, there are at least two embarks with crossing rivers plus volcanoe plus sand plus flux. Most are in temperate or cold biomes, also mirthful or joyous.

If requested, I'll post a screenshot showing some embarks I've found.

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

when I try this one it says it is placing too many subregions and fails to generate, any help with that?

I think you can tell it to ignore that problem and it gens just fine.  I think it's either a river placing problem or a good biome placing problem.  After it complains and you tell it to stfu, it gens a world with a metric urist of both.

Can someone post a 31.17 map with a normal river falling into major one, creating a waterfall of at least 2 z-levels?

No, it's the size of the second one that matters - how can you make an impressive waterfall entrance under a stream? :(

You asked for a normal falling into a major. -.-
And you said you have a little one, which is smaller than normal.

How small is normal.
There's Stream, there's Minor River, there's River and Major River. I need the adjectiveless one, since it's the largest that can create waterfalls.
