Oh, Cript, can you switch out the sheets on the first post?

Ulfric Bjornson

Glacius

Sure.

One thing I was overlooking with respect to enlarging your weapon, is that it does stack quite well. Monkey grip by itself isn't really worth much, but if you wield a large fullblade and are then magically increased by a size category then your average damage will increase by 11. Individually the abilities involved would- erm, be less, a table would be more obvious...

Damage increase from medium greatsword:
  Effect      | Attack | Individual | Combined
              | Bonus  | Damage     | Damage
Exotic Weapon |  0     | 0-4(2)     | 0-4(2)
Monkey Grip   | -2     | 1-6(3.5)   | 1-8(4.5)
Size Increase | -1     | 1-6(3.5)   | 1-8(4.5)
Total         | -3     | 2-16(9)    | 2-20(11)

One More Size | -1     | 1-6(3.5)   | 2-8(9)

I would probably still prefer to spend the feats elsewhere, but if you can get a whole lot of dice increases working together then they can become impressive...

Cool, thanks.

Maybe Ulf should have blond hair and blue eyes to truly be the Scandinavian-warrior-thing that seems to be the new base for him.

The scimitar and claws turned out way better than I thought they would for only using MS Paint. (I used GIMP for the transparency though.)

Not a whole lot, actually. I took the base image of

and changed some things. I drew the sword from scratch, but the gauntlet was made by using chunks of the rest of his equipment.

I had him more as a Saxon beowulf type guy.  Ulfric is Anglo-Saxon and Bjornson isn't but I couldn't find "Son of Bear" in Saxon

If anyone wants me to do a character portrait for them, I'm game. I'm down with a sickness, and thus have all the free time for mouse clicking.

I found the Celtic/Gaelic "MacArthur" or "McArthur" which means the same thing (Arthur is "bear").

Depends on what exact area you want it from, but "beorn" is Germanic and means "bear". Going from that, "Beorns" is "son of bear".

Bjornson/Bjornssen does directly translate to 'bear-son', so that's actually accurate.

I'll rebuild my skills tomorrow, and post questions/details about troop hire, since I really want to try and do stuff with the Leadership feat.

I may be up to an hour late for this Sunday. I'd appreciate it if we're able to push it back until I'm able to join.

That will work for me as well. Since judging by the time I am reading this, it will be very late by the time I get up. <= This was sorta a joke. It is true, but it will not effect my DMing ability since it is late afternoon for me when the game is.

How do you guys feel about waiting a little bit for him?
