True dragons are immortal, yes. But Glacius is half-human too. I don't even know how long he would live. I'd have to get Cript's ruling on that one I think.

Aren't dragons already pretty much immortal? It's funny, actually, how long lived our party might be. Arman plans to live forever, Glacius is a dragon, and Rorakar is a Grippli, meaning he might have 300 more years left. I suspect that Ulf and Merrian will go the Gilgamesh route and try to survive forever in song and tale.

Well, Gilgamesh was sort of after a more physical immortality in the first place.  It just got stolen by the snake.  =/

They have age categories, there is even rules on what they do when they start to die. There are a ton of ways to become immortal though if you are a dragon.

Anyway, I am not too worried about who is evil and not evil, this game is about shades of gray and even if some of you go paladin and the others go full on demon worshiping it will just make it more interesting (although I will have to move up my plans).

Game soonish. You guys ready?

Wait, how is this supposed to work, exactly? And what is twilight supposed to be? When is "how ever long I can last"?

Ready, and 'however long you can last' sounds like 'until you die of sickness or violence' to me.

I don't see Skye going pure evil any time soon - he's Smart Evil, not Dogmatic Evil, after all.  Unless those demons can make me a really good offer, of course...

Demons are CE, it's devils, who are LE, that make deals with mortals :P

I think that's how it works anyway...

Ah. Sorry. Twilight is something dragons do. Basically it is a age category that when you are in it you need to make a con check every year or you die. You also lose one con a year when in twilight.

Sorry for not being clear, I did not stop to think that twilight is a more obscure rule in DnD.

Also those numbers are basically silver dragon/5 But I am thinking you might get more, so it is still open for debate. What are your thoughts?

I do wonder if there's a ritual somewhere that lets you just turn into a dragon.  Trade in racial hit dice and such.

I meant more for Glacius.  Turning into a dragon would probably upset the existing dragons even more than we're already managing, though.

The D&D books do mention something about a dragon "apotheosis" for half-dragons, hehe.

Of course, we could go the mindfuck route and say that Glacius was a dragon all along :P
