Obviously physiologists and dentists have teamed up to take this game down.

IUt is worth mentioning that Criptfeind seems to have left Hamachi.

So how about that tracing beam? If it leads back to the head, I can have my albatross drop it into the sea. Otherwise, I guess we loot the loot and figure out what to do with a HP-less barbarian.

The NPC gave you 5 HP, I am giving you an additional 4d8+12, if that isn't enough then we have the wand too...

I hold the record for most damage done in a single action now. Hitting 12 things for about 21 damage each? YES. And the most killed in a single action. Unfortunately, this probably means that Cript is going to bump up the difficulty. But that means more EXP and lewts :D

Guys, I voted 10 because I needed to see the poll.

I know the game is not a ten, or a nine. Real votes please.

Also, I must say, I am offended that 'thul would say that I made shit up to save the hero villain(?), I may bend rules, I may keep secrets, I may do things that under the DM guide lines are "blatantly unfair and a bad idea," I may, even, make house rules for very important NPCs. But I will never make shit up.

I voted 9 because nothing is perfect, though this is a durn fun game to play every other Sunday. (And some Thursdays, too.)

Cript is going to bump up the difficulty. But that means more EXP and lewts :D
More lewts, maybe, but it wouldn't be harder if it gave a proportional reward as well. That would just be a power jump for us, too.

How would a deathless lord or whatever differ from a lich?

Read:  Make shit up with in-game validation, e.g. absurd hp score and/or raise dead spell.  (She's, what, level 6 minimum?  If her boss is a level 9 cleric, he can do a raise dead.  And we did meet her immediate superior - albeit at the end of an immolation grenade).

We don't know who she knows, or what resources she has. It is possible to pay a N.P.C. to bring someone back if you have the money, and I do not doubt that it would be a viable business... HP are easy, she had a whole team of clerics with her, all they need is a lookout on the door, or a familiar or polymorphed minion or something to sound a warning, and they can have a bear's endurance and aid spell going, that is 1d8+3 per level extra HP, not to mention things like the improved toughness feat and vigour spells. And while house rules can be something like a feat that grants +20 hitpoints, it can also be something more generic like multiplying base damage on a critical hit instead of increasing the number of dice rolled. The point is, that if the players know about a house rule, they can generally use it themselves. But to make a long story short, any battle you can walk away from wasn't tough enough to complain about, unless you pulled of something exceptionally clever, lucky, and/or cheap...

It'd be harder if we had another fight before resting, so that Glacius couldn't just nuke them all to heck.
