Hamachi should work fine, I installed the Linux client a while ago. I have to run it through the terminal, but it's fine.

Okay, hamachi is working through the terminal just fine. I can see Criptfiend in the peer list. I'm going to see if I can get an actual GUI though.

RAM isn't actually online on Hamachi anyway, the network maintains a list of peers that have connected in the past. I should be fine, as long as I can stay awake. I didn't sleep at all last night :(

It's 11 PM UTC/GMT right? I'm at -7 (at least until Daylight Savings ends), so that's 4 PM for me.

Right, you got that right. So in like. four hours and twenty minuets.

I am not worried so much that ram is not on now, I am worried that the others seem to have not been following this at all. I am afraid they will flake on us.

We're starting in Sharn, right? Where in Sharn though? Are we starting in a tavern (cliche!) after we've been hired, and planning to go out? Are we starting on the docks, ready to head out? Are we starting in a tavern before we've been hired, planning to get the contract? Are we starting randomly around the city, planning to get the contract? Are we starting in the office of the contractor? It doesn't entirely matter, but it's nice to know.

Also, do all of us know eachother beforehand? Or are you letting us decide that? I don't think that all of us know who the others are. We're kind of a ragtag group.

Try sending the others a PM, see if they're still in this. The players are Iituem, RAM, Barbarossa the Seal God, Cthulhu, and me. Here's a character sheet list.

Welcome to the City of Towers. You have all been hired by a small exploration and mercenary company for special forces in a expedition to the steamy jungles of Xen'Drik. There are three ship in this expedition, the one that you have boarded seems to mostly be filled with supplies for the long stay. You and your companions boarded the ship this morning and it is a seven day trip to the northern most peninsula of Xen'Drik. The sun shinning over your head fills you with warmth as you start your adventure.

You start on a ship around mid day. There is still almost seven days until you get to the peninsula.

You don't need to know each other at this point but I don't want any bickering so be nice.

I did send them a PM and Cthulhu popped up, the others are still AOL.

Edit: Oh and all the char sheets are already on the first post for easy reference.

For you that can not find your way to the session the name of the Hamachi server is EAPDND and the password is Armok.

After you get that set up the name of the map tool server is EaP and the IP is 5.128.239.6

I'm in, still learning Maptool though, so I may be a bit slow.

EDIT: So are we tracking ammunition? If so, are we using a variant wherein every arrow breaks or is there the standard 50% chance of ammunition survival?

Not bad for a first session. Killed a giant crab, almost everyone on the ship is dead though, and Ulf almost died. We still have the other two ships though, right? Those were probably attacked as well. So where do we go from here? We're still missing Iituem.

Also, what was with that GIANT crab Criptfeind?

Oh, I didn't take a single point of damage in that session. Awesome.

We still have the other two ships though, right?

They are a bit slower, they are about a day behind you.

Those were probably attacked as well.

They have over two hundred fighting men on each.

So where do we go from here?

Up to you.

We're still missing Iituem.

He is out unless he has a very good reason. This may be the "Four great heroes."

Also, what was with that GIANT crab Criptfeind?

Yeah, he may have been a bit strong for you guys to take.

Oh, I didn't take a single point of damage in that session. Awesome.

Lucky, you got attacked twice as well.
