Oh, how could I forget the poison? Fountains can randomly poison you in Nethack.

After these things are done, place the signpost so that it points the opposite direction it was, then go south. Because you should always go everywhere but the right way first.

and since, Its the exact same sprite. The whole BitQuest is an 8-bit Theatre reference.

Actually that just makes it a FF1 reference. Which has become pretty much synonymous with 8-bit theater, yes.
