Berkeley's a way better place than stanford. way better.

not that I've been to stanford, but I used to live in berkeley when I was a tyke, and it's a great place.

Berkeley is a nice place, I'll admit but, Stanford is ranked 12th out of all collages in the US, while Berkeley is ranked 19th. And tuition is roughly the same if you're not from California.

In terms of College's in the US it goes, Harvard, Yale, Uo Chicago, Princeton, MIT, CIT, Columbia, Uo P,  Hopkins, Duke, Cornell, Stanford, then Uo Michigan, then Carnegie Mellon, then Brown, then UCLA, then NWU, then finally Berkeley.

Also Tack, Cambridge is just the place people who flunk Harvard go to. JK, it's ranked second in the world.

In terms of world rankings Standford is ranked 16th, Berkeley is ranked 39th.

Sorry, dude, but my family didn't have the money for private school.  Otherwise, I might have accepted at Cornell--though Berkeley was better for what I thought I wanted at the time, i.e. mechanical engineering.
