Radical Feminism
« on: August 11, 2010, 12:24:21 am »

It seems, that there's a group of women (and men) especially in the west that want me dead.
Never before have I been so worried for my masculinity so to speak.
The sheer stupidity of what's going on in USA is really saddening.
What are your thoughts on that, and how you deal with it?
I'm willing to go into a debate about the status of men in modern world, but please be respectfull.
I'm not a misogynist in any shape or form.

Just saying that doesn't make it true.

What I gathered from the original post was that he posted some Misogynist things on a Feminist board based out of the American West and now there is a bounty out on his head.

I'm afraid he's going to have to live out his days in hiding.

Poorly veiled Pornography, apparently.

Buy a chastity belt, make sure any roving bands of Radical Feminists do not have any power tools, hack saws or lock picking sets.

PROTECT YOUR PRECIOUS CHASTITY AT ALL COSTS.

Yeah, this is...weird. I wish he left any clue of what he was referring to. Did we outlaw men or something when I wasn't looking?

Okay. Feminism, despite its name, has the goal of merely equality. Not switching the status quo to favor women. Radical feminists do not seek to do so either. What gives radical feminism its name is the degree to which they believe men are favored.

Now, OP, if you seem to think your masculinity is in danger because the difference between masculinity and femininity defines it, then there is a bit of a problem here, but that's another can of worms I'd rather not diverge into.

I don't like radical or extremist anything.

Feminism, I'm fine with. I think the OP is overreacting about some splinter group somewhere that's claiming all men must die or something.
