Name: Andre
Gender: Male
What diety you are a descendant of: Hera
Powers/abilities (3 maximum to start with):
Compelling Voice
Super-strength
Appearance: Tall and broad-shouldered, with a strong-looking face framed by short, cropped hair and a full beard, a dark brown in color. Tends to dress in elaborate indigo clothing befitting a monarch, though it is practical enough to fight in.
Other relevant details you want to add: Loves humans and desires to lead them; hates demons with an uncontrollable passion.

Is this ok?

While the details and other stuff are fine, I'm not sure how to use super strength and compelling voice. For compelling voice, I could treat that like a persuasion roll. While its not exactly a power IMO, it's doable since it sounds like your character would have charisma and some speaking skills.

As for super strength, I haven't dealt with that in the rolls, so I'm not sure how to use that one. I mean its fine for your character to have that.

Sorry for lack of replies, been wisdom-toothless.

Yeah, that sounds great to me. I intended the character to fulfill the sort of "king" persona that falls under Hera's domain. Being persuasive would be a must, and super strength just seems a staple of Greek heroes, so those were my choices.

Okay then, still not really sure how to do the super strength one. I was kind of roleplaying it rather than actually rolling it with the herculean soldier.

What do you mean by roleplaying?

I mean that I was having the soldier (an NPC btw) act like he was using super strength or something, but I still followed the general combat rules.

Maybe super-strength would just give him a boost of some sort in combat (small to start out with) or otherwise let him use the environment/big weapons to his advantage? I don't know exactly how your combat system works.

Whoops, hadn't noticed the new turn... Nice, my plan went much better than expected!

I fly back onto the mech and into the hole that was it's head. Then? I start sticking random wires together.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish since the mech is basically on a knife edge away from power faliure and either MagusBlack's or Ghazkull's attacks will finish it off. If you want to do it for the heck of it or you have something in mind, okay.

Meh, another attack can't hurt. And there isn't much else to do at the moment.

Already working on the rolls. Also, MagusBlack managed to implode the mechs torso and send shrapnel flying at everybody except Digital Hellhound, who is out of range.

Good news though, nobody got anything worse than a shallow gash. For those who are counting, this is actually the second time MagusBlack has done something that forced everybody in range to attempt a dodge.

DemiGods RTD: Turn 59: Jorn goes RAEG on the machine.

Turn 59: Jorn goes RAEG on the machine.

Not bad of a turn overall, although RNGs action kind of wierded out.

Poor thing. Someone finish it off.

Move on while invisible, try to figure out what waits up ahead
((You've actually been invisible for a few turns now, I simply forgot to mark it on the stats, but I knew you were in invisibility mode, so its no problem.))
[5]After clearing the illusions you created, you scout the path ahead. From your vantage point, you see that the citadel itself is on a plateu surrounded on three sides by sheer cliffs. Only one way in and one way out, if by foot anyway, and thats not counting hidden passages. Cautiously approaching the outer defenses, you are sure that there are no traps that await you, however you see something that stops you in your tracks. Further along the wall, away from the path, there is a skeleton that has jammed a trap that looks like a cross between a flail and a propeller. You can't tell whether it's animal or human, but decide not to risk triggering another one. At least there aren't any other mechs.

Finish the mech off  and start collecting the scrap and any interesting bits that survived.
[5]Not wasting any time, you walk up to the mech and [6+1+1]smash it so hard with your hammer that the torso implodes, sending shrapnel everywhere and sending a final wave of chaotic electrical currents that cause the arms to release whoever they were holding and contort before they freeze. Unfortunately, shrapnel, being shrapnel, flies at everybody, including you.

[Torc Dodge:1][BP check:4][damage:2+1-2]A flying piece of metal ricochets off of your steel greaves, doing no damage
[Arngrim Dodge:1][BP check:1][damage:3+1-1]Two small pieces and a larger plate fly towards your head. The two small pieces, luckily, hit the eye that you already lost, causing minor damage and some pain. Meanwhile, the large armor plate glances your head, only creating a small gash.
Jorn Dodge:4][BP check:5]You duck for cover just as a shard narrowly misses your left arm.
[Dragnar Dodge:1][BP check:5][Damage:2+1] You wince as a piece of shrapnel grazes your arm, creating a shallow cut.
[Neberhar Dodge:2][BP check:1][damage:2]Your forehead gains a minor cut from shrapnel flying past.

[4]Since smashing it any further would not be a very wise idea, you look around for useable scrap and interesting pieces. After some thorough searching, you [2*3x10 bla bla bla] manage to find 60 units of useable metal.

((The 2 and 3 were actual rolls.))

Scout the surrounding area, while not drawing attention to myself.
[2]You yell at Torc to watch what he is doing with that hammer of his. Even though you try to scout around, you simply fail to find anything notable.

"Artificial intelligence? Better hope that you have some kind of artificial soul and some kind of artificial afterlife, Har Har!"

Calm down and tend to my wounds.
[5]Caught in midsentence by the shrapnel, you roar "What the hell Torc??", find someplace nearby to calm down, take out the shrapnel in your eye and [4]use a runic ritual to completely heal your wounds. There is a bit of lingering pain and that ruined eye won't ever be healed anyway.

Free myself from his arm rip it off and beat it to death with it...

yes i know i could do it like sophisticated people and use an axe but...its so much more fun to beat someone to death with his own limbs...
[4]Since you're already free of its grasp, you rip off part of the arm and proceed to smash the mech into a pile of twisted metal.

I fly back onto the mech and into the hole that was it's head. Then? I start sticking random wires together.
[4]After the shrapnel stops flying, you enter what would have been the neck and start messing with the wires at random. At least until Jorn starts smashing the whole thing into pulp and decide to get outta there before you are turned into pulp by accident.

((Yeah, I knew I was invisible, just felt the need to state it in my action.))
I'm not paranoid at all, why?

Find and mind control a random animal into walking up to the citadel entrance

Gotta see what these traps are triggered by.
