Where would the bones be located in the stockpile? I want to make a bone only stockpile for bone crafting.

More specifically, there isn't a specific method to put just skeletons on a refuse pile. The closest I think you can get is body parts.

This.  It is currently impossible to set up a bones only stockpile in the current version.  Bones are considered body parts now by the game and there are a ton of other objects that are also considered body parts.  About the only thing you can do is set up a body parts only stockpile and designate worthless body parts (nerve clusters etc) for dumping outside when the stockpile gets full of junk you don't want.

Unlike in previous versions, bones are now counted as "body parts" for the purposes of stockpiles and the stocks menu.

I'm sure Toady will do something about this later.  For now though we have to endure it.

You can set dwarfs to throw out hair, and some other useless stuff somewhere in
  • rders menu. :)
