As I see it, Eduren would be my top pick as scum right now, with his lurking, until Vector was attacked, when he suddenly became active, and defended her.

About Vector, I'm getting some scum feel from her, but am not sure what it is. I'd like to see Eduren flip first.

Wait what? When did you do either? You've repeatedly pointed to your vote on Spartan and repeatedly ignored questions. When did you out me as scum or point out my scumminess, beyond my pressuring you and not voting Spartan?

Are you trying to say, after voting him for vote-hopping, that scum would have simply vote-hopped off without consequence, and hence any previous behavior of yours is beyond reproach?

Except, that's not relevant to when you did it, unless you're trying to say that you voted scum and are therefore confirmed and unquestionable town. After I asked why he was already requesting a votecount (and claimed there was an Ottofar/Spartan scumteam), Ottofar responded with the short almost-non-response "Phone. And semi-hammers." This was still far too early to be afraid of hammers coming into effect, so that's pretty nonsensical.
Ottofar took a break for a few hours, then unvoted Org and voted Spartan without a reason; there's just a question.

Alright, so it's pretty understandable why Ottofar would change his vote to Spartan, but that doesn't exempt him from having to provide reasons. Back to Ottofar:

He says he finds S117 scummier than Org and that Org makes sense. So no real reasons there. Just "he scumyer than him."
