Test strength of fired clay. Then, go explore the females home. Bring protection.
Luckly with the cold wave signifying winter's arrival, it's cooled enough to handle, and you try to break it, not knowing why... you seem inable to do so with your bare hands, and that seems enough of a strength test for now.

You don't really know where she is holed up, but there is enough snow on the ground to track anything down, you only bring your spear it's the thing your most skilled with. You head out into the woods, trying to get to the clearing where you first encountered the woman, it doesn't take long but you don't find many tracks...

You look left and right (literally) and found that the clearing goes on as far as you can see, such a strange place, you head right, seing as that might be a good place to start, and you do find human tracks... lots of them, enough for 5 or 6 other people, you follow them nonetheless...

You find yourself in the same predicament as you did finding the woman, you are hidden behind some brush, and there is a small clearing in front of an equally small construct, 5 people about your size are around a fire outside... sleeping, inside the construct is the 3 women, looks like your doing a raid, by yourself, with a spear, and nothing to protect yourself but a cape...

Move away slowly and quietly. Don't want to be killed by all these other people.

Retrive pot. Wait a while, then come back when they should be asleep. Leave pot as peace offering.
Stay warm.

5 people about your size are around a fire outside... sleeping,
They are sleeping...

But you do start to head home, almost losing your way, but backtracking your own footprints you get home, grab your pretty pot, almost getting mezmerized again, and head back to the tribal campsite.

When you finally get back, it takes quite a while, dawn is approaching (good job you did your first all-nighter...) you look over their camp once more and place the bowl next to their fire. Then you wait behind more brush...

The stone from inside the cave is Chalk right. Find one that is large yet flatish then take a more solid stone from outside and begin to smooth away at the stone until it becomes flat on one side, try and make it so that the stone plate will not rock when placed flat side down on the ground, then remove a small bit from the bottom side but allow it to have a good rounded base...

Actually, burning Chalk leads to Lime (the building residue not the fruit)....

Well if its Chalk have a look around for a dark grey, black, green, white, or brown in colour stone in the cave walls, it often has a glassy or waxy appearance. This is Flint... If there is one big enough, Knapp it and make a new Axe with it...

uhm... what do you think it's made of now?

Edit: and since someone finally guessed at the white stone i'll reveal it, it's not chalk, it's limestone, a very poruse rock that can't be grinded into a blade (or knapped really...)

Knapped stone... Basic Stone Knapped to a sharper point. Basicly the step BEFORE Flint stone axe...

Yeah, I cheaped you guys out, giving you the two damn best rocks in the world... almost

Though obsidian would have obviously been better than flint at making a blade, is sharper than a freaking scalpel...
