Okay, I'll walk you through this.

Sharpen up another rock.

Now get a stick, and tie the rock to to the TIP of the stick with a vine.

Then make sure the pointy bit is facing away from the tip, so that if you held the spearstick infront of you, it would point ahead.

Cut down a random, healthy looking redwood tree that's half the size of the tallest ones.

How about we just hack of long branches? we only need logs for fires and things. A whole tree might be dangerous.

No, the whole tree. We can carve the logs into various things and keep the fire going, thus I think we should cut the entire tree down. What, it's not like our cave man is that stupid to stand still while things fall down.

Lumber jacking is really really hard and dangerous.

I am going to have to vote against it.

He poked a fire.
...Point taken.

Still, guys, there's a limit on what we can do with mere branches, we have to switch to full logs someday.

Anyway, how about we look for some metal ore?

Look for some teal colored, or brown colored rocks.

Yer that is true, I agree we might need the wood, but how about we rig up something slightly safer, maybe use some vines to guide the direction of fall? Cause you know we'll just watch it fall towards us other wise ;)

Okay ore? Srsly? We are never going to be able to smelt that. If you want to go down that rout look for clay first.

Good idea.

Can't hurt to gather it, we can't guarantee we will be able to access it all the time, besides, what do we lose from gathering it?

You sigh at the releif that one of the voices is being kind on your alredy acheing brain, you grab another black rock and knap another edge, and once again you cut yourself. You grab a stick to fit this use, you alredy have one, and you tie the rock onto the stickwith vines... it looks rediculous to you but it works for now...

Cut down a random, healthy looking redwood tree that's half the size of the tallest ones.
You stack hacking at one of the trees with your ax, you get pretty far but then your stumoch starts to ache and make some noises...

*besic sense of time* You look up and the thing in the sky is directly above you...

Evaluated Wounds

 - Slightly burnt hand

The bright glowing thing in the sky is directly above you...

What shall you do next?

a few things ninjad me but im ignoring for the hunger issue
oh, and he didnt POKE it, he stuck his WHOLE HAND in it...

clay first.

Clay is a good idea anyway, we'll probably need a river to find areas with clay.
Speaking of which we should probably look for a source of water, and food. What are our short term goals?

Edit: definitely food.

Look around for berries or fruit, also keep an eye open for animal tracks.

Also see how far and straight we can throw that simple spear

For God's sake, HUNTING! It could be a liger! Follow those tracks, and if the thing that they lead you to doesn't look like you, shove a sharp thing in it and drag it back to your cave.

OOC: we're meant to be a voice in his head?
