I changed my mind about that, so let's drop it.

Wait for leader guy to come back, if he doesn't then begin converting the wolf pelts into several makeshift water canteens.

A little suprized at the recent turn of events, you forsee a problem with the currect living situations, though you are near a river, it freezes in the winter, making water scarce... so you set out to turn the tanned rabbit skins, along with some leftover sinnews, into a water bladder...

When you head outside, everyone is gone... you think you see them in the forest, but maybe not... anyway, you disconnect that thought, and contenue on the bladders... you finish in a few hours, all that sewing is pretty tedious... now you get back to the fact that your alone once more...

Check your resources, tools, and weapons. Once that's done head in the direction you saw them go, if you can't find them head back to the cave and eat.

Don't have to be in a tropical area to have something like bamboo. Around here we've got lots of cane which is fairly similar. Doesn't seem to grow as wide or as tall, but still plenty large enough to make a spear.

You havn't planted any yet, and there wouldn't be growth anyhow, even with my weird time scale...

Ok, something LIKE bamboo, but what?

You check your stuff, nothing seems to be missing... but you grab your Ax and Spear, and give chase...

You come to the clearing you've been in twice before, and decide to sneak up to their last encampment site... you approach it silently, and just as you stick your head above the bush-line, you see nothing... no signs of life, other than the plants... there is a scorch mark in the grass from the flames, but there isn't a tent set up, nor evidence of a rushed leave... you DO however, find the little bowl you made... seams they didn't like it..... :{C{>

Grab the bowl and continue searching. In the meantime I'll look up types of wood that are like bamboo.
