It's a warehouse in a big city. Get a second hand one for cheap. It's a good place to crash if need be and also to hold all your gear and cars. Remember to buy some barrels of industrial strength acid later, so you can reliably destroy evidence and bodies.

This one is $282,540 per month to rent, with $132,960 per month in operating costs, the latter of which could be scaled down because we don't operate it, but not all the way because we'd have to maintain it.

If we could afford to buy a warehouse, we wouldn't need to be petty criminals for a living. Our job would be running a warehouse.

NYC craiglist reveals dock warehouses for rent for as little as $1200 a month, but it'd probably be hard finding someone who'd accept wads of cash as payment. Plus if they're renting out their warehouses to a group of guys it's likely they'd want to know what you were using them for. Purchasing a small dock warehouse starts at like $125,000.

Maybe over the weekend, I'm kind of swamped now.

Edit: Auugh, okay. Studying/homework is going to take up most of my time until I can work out a better schedule to slide my forum game stuff in there somewhere. Half an hour a day doesn't really cut it and breaking my writing up across several periods tends to lead to a disjointed, unreadable mess. I can't really make any promises, but I'll revive this sometime, probably in the next few weeks.
