In all my nightmares, I'm always in school, or a place that strongly resembles it, and I'm always naked, and my highschool ex-girlfriend is always there laughing at me with all her douchebag friends. Then I'm always running running away from something, but I can't figure out where I'm going, like I'm in a maze. There's food all over the place, but it's all rotten and disgusting. I'm extremely hungry, but if I try to eat it then all my teeth fall out.
I can't go outside because the world is flooding. Fortunately, I always encounter someone that's like an ideal father-figure, loving and reassuring and protecting, but he always disappears suddenly. Then something vague but panic inducing is approaching, and I have to run for my life and get more lost in the maze/school.
Whenever I'm traveling through the maze/school, there's insects and spiders all over the place, working their way into every nook and cranny. Not normal spider, but with exaggerated long and thick legs and fangs that are covered in a venomous slime. Whenever I try to escape the situation, small people appear and mock me, slinging the most harmful insults they can muster, and want to fight, but if I try to fight them then all the strength in my muscles evaporates and I'm easily crushed by the might of the little people. If I try running away, then I'm always running in place, or I can't move or only move very slowly, like I'm wading through molasses.
Then there's darkness, and the shadows are all moving around of their own volition. There's creatures moving around in the darkness, I can't make them out, but they're all frightening.
This is around the time I wake up, and it's really disconcerting that all my nightmares are like this.
