Gets Me Everytime!

This always gets me, everytime! How do i exactly get body parts without a dwarf accidentally falling into a pit?

The wiki discussion indicates that the dwarf wants either bones XOR shells (only one of these two, so have both on hand).

When a dwarf claims a workshop, in my head "Awww fuck... What now....", when i hover over the workshop its says "I MUST HAVE BODY PARTS". Just makes me laugh.
