The Battle for 3rd-Place

NoQuarter versus Strange Wolf
Managed by Topace3k and Strange Guy

Two Monster races races fight it out for third. They are fairly similar: both good with a shield, excellent fighters, though NoQuarter uses armor while Strange Wolf is a dodger.
The match effectively ends almost immediatly: After a miss by Strange Wolf, NoQuarter counter-strikes with his whip hitting Strange Wolf in the chest. Strange Wolf gives into pain would never stand up again. NoQuarter whips away, but it takes a long long time for Strange Wolf to die. Finally, a shot to the head ends him, and NoQuarter takes Third Place.

NoQuarter is victorious, and takes home the bronze medal!

Nah, I'm good.  I can't afford any skills that I can see being useful and armor likely won't help against an adamantium weapon, well maybe adamantium armor but I cant' afford that in any case.  Let the match proceed.

Pisano fires a bronze bolt at Dancing Dagger, who dodges...Backward! The arrow still bearing towards him, Dancing Dagger manages only just in time to block the fell bolt. The rest of this story shall be told in storyboard form...

I'll try to run the next one. If I fall behind maybe I'll get some volunteers to sim some of the matches. I hope the next one will be double-elimination. BTW, if any one wants to start a different variation of this, say a team version, go ahead. I'm going to stick to 1v1s.
