Yeah, I've previously noted that Pisano has the best shot (heh) against DD. I've got (imaginary) money on Pisano winning this one, but DD is a strong contender as well. The minotaur is, surprisingly, the underdog by my reckoning. NoQuarter is going up against Pisano unarmored, meaning that he's relying on his natural toughness and his shield against Pisano's shooting. Well, we'll see.

Spider silk Is stronger than steel for the same amount. A friend of mine is doing is doctorate to be able to synthetise spider silk proteins to do body armor and the likes.

Damn, the arrow didn't penetrate the armor and STILL managed to break a rib with the sheer force of the impact.  You can tell because it lists the muscle as being bruised- which means it was not itself penetrated.  Must have spawned with terrible toughness.

... not that the Steel Mail helped. Man, crossbows need nerfing for a tourney like this.
