R.I.P. Karkat

He was a pretty good guy
As far as trolls go
Pity that he had to die
At least he did it for the show

Chorus:
Karkat oh poor Karkat
Slammed his head against a wall
Karkat oh poor Karkat
What a stupid way to fall

The fight was insanely epic, though.

Match 20

NoQuarter versus Mr Hacker
Managed by Topace3k and yugi24862

NoQuarter, a minotaur, now wears a Steel Mail Shirt over his leather armor, making him all but invulnerable. Mr Hacker, a human, acquired an oak shield and improved his skills all around.
The adversaries face off, but their first few attacks are parried or blocked. As we've seen in the past, NoQuarter uses his size to keep the Human on the ground. NoQuarter ends up landing the first hit, chipping Mr Hacker's right lower leg with his silver whip. His next shot also lands, bruising the Human's spleen. Mr Hacker, now in extreme pain, can't manage a counterattack. All he can do is lay on the ground and be abused. He eventually gives in to pain, and the fight effectively comes to an end. After taking dozens of lashes, one final one hits Mr Hacker in the head tearing his brain. NoQuarter moves on to the Quarter Finals.

NoQuarter is victorious, and advances to the next round!

For the next round, I will be fighting the heroic Urist Mcdeadude with my current gear and skills.

That's right, I'm not spending a single point.  If I win, I'll have 140*2+140 = 420 points to spend for the following round!

NoQuarter has No Fear.

Speaking of points, Asehujiko still hasn't responded. I'm thinking about letting someone else take over for him. On the other hand, since saving points is a viable strategy, I may just let him fight as is.

I say let him go for it pointless if he wishes, although since I needed to be reminded for the first round I feel another PM may be in order for the sake of fairness.

Match 21

Jack versus Ironblade
Managed by nbonaparte and Blade_Train3r

Jack, a most agile Kobold, goes up against the insane Axe swinging Dwarf named Ironblade.
As usual the combatants meet in the center of the ring. Ironblade charges Jack immediately, he knows he needs to knock the Kobold down to overcome its amazing dodging ability. While in the charge, he swings his steel axe at the kobold, without much hope of actually landing a hit. But lo! Jack does not move and the blade slices clean through his left arm! A moment later Ironblade collided with Jack knocking him over. Then, with one mighty hack Ironblade strikes at Jack's midsection severing the kobold in two! The many Dwarves in the stands cheer wildly and storm the ring, carrying the valiant Dwarf in their hands around the stadium in celebration.

Ironblade is victorious, and advances to the next round!
