Looks like Pisano is gonna be a NASTY fight for whoever's up against him. Remind me to get a shield if IB manages to get to the point :P
you're not going to get a chance.

Oohhh. Fight fight fight

I'm going away for a bit.

If I win -

Next round - 255 points

Sell bronze dagger + 16
Steel dagger - 64
Steel mail shirt - 96
Steel leggings - 56 (yes, snakemen can wear these)
Oak shield - 45
Novice Armor - 2

Remaining - 3

For subsequent rounds, my priorities:

If opponent is not tiny:
If my opponent has full steel or better armor (gauntlets, mail and/or breastplate, and leggings), sell steel dagger and buy adamantium dagger
If unarmed, buy a dagger one material level higher then best armor (as high as can be managed)
Raise knife skill one level above their weapon skill
If they have an adamantium weapon or slade edged weapon, sell all armor except shield and leather cap
If they have an edged non-(adamantium or slade) weapon, sell leather armor and buy a steel breastplate
Replace iron high boot with a steel low boot, if facing a bronze or steel (edged or projectile) weapon
Replace bronze gauntlets with steel gauntlets, if facing a steel (edged or projectile) weapon
Buy a steel helm, if facing a non-(adamantium or slade) weapon
If necessary, rebuy equivalent material armor for empty slots in this order: gauntlets, breast plate, low boot, leggings, helm (leather if opponent is using a blunt weapon, oak if unarmed)
If doing so would use half or less of remaining points, buy another level of knife skill
Add one level of dodge per round, if enough points left over after above has been done
Spend remaining points in rota among these skills: shield, fighting, armor (if worn)

If opponent is tiny:
If they have an adamantium or edged slade weapon, sell all armor
Sell weapon
Sell shield
Buy two levels in dodge and bite
If doing so would spend half or less of remaining points, buy an additional level of dodge
Spend remaining points in rota among the following skills: wrestling, fighting, armor (if worn)

Match 18

Om Nom versus Gutstabber
Managed by ArthurWilborn and Gutstabber

Om Nom the slithering Serpent Man has changed his approach for this match: he now wields a dagger and is skilled with a knife. Gutstabber, on the other hand, was pleased with his previous victory and upgraded his current skill set.
The Minotaur once again uses his large bulk to his advantage by charging and knocking down Om Nom. He stabs the Serpent Man in the chest, ripping through the leather armor, with his Bronze Pike. Gutstabber's next shot is parried, but Om Nom's counterstrike is also blocked. Now Gutstabber targets Om Nom's left hand, he hits it and breaks the bone. The Pike gets stuck in the wound and Gutstabber twists it around. Finally, Om Nom manages to stand up, but only to be knocked over by the Minotaur again. Gutstabber hits Om Nom in the left hand again, this time opening up an artery. Somehow, Om Nom manages to parry Gutstabber's next two shots and manages to counterattack! He hits Gutstabber in the leg doing significant damage. Gutstabber, now enraged, decides to end the fight. In one fell swoop he hits the Snakeman in the head immediately ending its life. Gutstabber moos in triumph.

Gutstabber is victorious, and advances to the next round!

Could've guessed that. AW, you kinda screwed up with the upgrades. In effect, you started over. You should have put point into dodging and biter. Based on your last match, the venom is deadly. All it would take is two bites to stop the minotaur. Dodge first charge, couterbite. Wham.

Match 19 was pretty awesome. I don't have time to write the writeup at the moment though.

Whaaaa? How come you didn't even post the logs? Did I win? Did I die a shameful death? THE CURIOSITY IS KILLING ME!

However, from your post, I deduce that my opponent killed me despite his numerous wounds. Amirite?

Match 19

Karkat versus Urist Mcdeadude
Managed by Areku and Dwarf mc dwarf

Karkat wields duel Bronze Great Axes, and Urist Mcdeadude is decked out in a full suit of bronze armor.
The two meet in the center of the ring. Both of their initial assaults are parried or blocked by the other. Then Karkat decides to use his size to his advantage and knocks over the feeble human. Karkat manages to swing his axes four times before Urist can stand up, but only one of them lands for a hit: bruising Mcdeadude head. Urist stands up, and finally manages to hit his opponent. The blow only manages to bruise the Troll, who is no worse for wear. Karkat knocks the shelled Human back over, but his next three shots are deflected. Urist stands up again, only to be knocked down immediately! And Karkat, with a mighty swing, hits Mcdeadude in the right arm and completely severs it! Mcdeadude loses a gauntlet and his shield in addition to his arm. Karkat begins to charge and attack Urist mercilessly. Mceadude's armor prevents any of the attacks from being fatal, but its just a matter of time. Eventually Urist Mcdeadude is pushed all the way up against the back wall. He's ready for the torment and anguish to end and awaits death eagerly. Karkat also senses that the Human's end is near, and backs up to perform one final, killer, charge. He storms toward Urist. Urist, although near death, saw that he may have one opportunity to pull out a victory. At the last possible second, Mcdeadude stepped out of the way of the charging beast. So instead of receiving the deadly blow he heard a mighty crash! He turned and saw that the Troll had missed him and had ran straight into the wall, just as he had hoped! He just lay there unconscious and unmoving. Urist, seeing his opportunity, began to swing away with his mace at his fallen foe. He hit the Troll in the leg, breaking the bone and preventing it from walking if it awoke. When Karkat final did regain consciousness it was too late. Vital organs had been punctured and he could not even walk. Karkat managed a few last desperate swings of his axe, but they fell short. At last, Urist Mcdeadude gave the Troll a fatal wound to the head.

Urist Mcdeadude is victorious, and advances to the next round!

Not everyone can take down a troll single-handedly, but Mcdeadude sure can!

That's why I didn't make my guy an axe guy. It seems to be terrible against same-material or greater armor.

Woah, that was Badass!

Quote
Karkat hacks Urist Mcdeadude in the right eye with his bronze great axe, tearing it apart!
The bronze great axe has lodged firmly in the wound!
Karkat twists the embedded bronze great axe around in Urist Mcdeadude's right eye!

He did not only lose an arm he also got a great axe twisted in his eye! It's a wonder that he stayed conscious.
