Yes, but you've got to do the figuring out for me. If you tell me where you would've been, I'll put you there.
Don't cheat ;)

So we got monsters above, monsters below, dwarves in the middle and a party in the dining hall. Sounds good to me.
If all else fails, remember one thing:  kittens are delicious, nutritious little goblin-baiters, cavern explorers, and ambush-finders.

You all seem to be forgetting that the key to all SCIENCE! in dwarf fortress requires magma. so clearly we need a volcano, since that would allow for the MAD SCIENCE tm
I do propose that when we do start this, that friendly relations are kept with the elves, since constantly being bothered by wars and such will get in the way.
In completely unrelated news, traders who cannot get out go beserk, and can be captured for*ahem* Fun.

well. In any case, can I be signed up for this one? If we're choosing our characters, can I be a paranoid engineer dwarf if you can find one?

It's sad to say I'm not a scientist. But I'll watch this topic with great interest.

Can't wait to read about crap. The only thing I would accomplish is building a needlessly complex tower with drawbridges, and such.. o.o Or at least try, since I've never done it.

I'm just gonna make a gigantic plumbing system that functions both as a water source and a versatile instadrown defense.

You don't need to bump this thread, I haven't forgotten about it. Essentially, it has been put to ice, but certainly not forgotten. When I have enough time to play, I certainly will.
