He said "You volunteered to lose, so I don't vote you." I asked why and he responded. "He volunteered to lose, so I don't vote him." So I said why and he responded. "He volunteered to lose, so I don't vote him."

That is not answering.

Because... voting him would not be helping him lose, which is what he chose to do?

I genuinely don't get what's unclear here. I'm not trying to be insulting.

Ah okay then.

I believe that the basic disconnect is that you think he wants to lose. I do not think that is the case, I believe he wants to win but wants to help others more. I do not think he would have a issue with you voting for him.

...

On the other hand I am not him so I truly do not know.

It's not a cabal. It's a group tied together by mutual return of favors.

It's like your cabal is an artificial top down communist byrocracy, and this one is an anacho-capitalistic decentralized grouping that arose naturally.

Pegged it.  Also, garnering his vote would be just another step in my eventual plan for Bay12 Forum Domination.

Armok!

Criptfiend: Please take note that I have voted for Armok BEFORE Pandarsenic voted for him. Three turns in a row now. Also please take note that I am not following ANYBODY's suggestions of voting except for my own.

And for the method of me voting I'm doing it by seniority(Register date). With the exception being that I voted for Pandarsenic before Armok because he was about to win anyway. And he was next in line.

He volunteered to lose. I can only assume he's attempting to be competitive in the picture posting because he has nothing better to do here while he loses.

I have two reasons. 1. I'm bored. 2. If I do win your vote, somehow, it is a vote that won't be helping a non cabal player beat a cabal player.

Also, I vote for Toaster.

I think you got it right. I'm not aiming to lose. I just want to help my fellow cabal members win more than I want to. If I have to volunteer to lose to help them, so be it. I don't mind losing. And like I said, if Pandar's vote is on me, it won't be on a non cabal player and helping them beat a cabal member.

That's against the whole nature of the game.

If it makes you feel any better, my explanation has virtually guarenteed that I won't get Pandar's vote.
