So, what kind of "consult" are you "calling in" to ask about the Insightful Strike thing? The WotC? A more experienced, longer-term GM? The dudes from Brilliant Gameologists?

I asked the wizards forum and the Order of The Stick Boards. The consesuns is no. Insightfuls Strike is not a sneak attack, so Penetrating Strike does not help.

I really thought I'd already posted that.

if (GameOnFriday == true) {
    send (Lord Shonus, "What time?");
}
else {
    send (Lord Shonus, "Why not?");
}

I may have to go out of town this weekend. I'll know more later this week.

I will be gone on Friday and Saturday, so count me out if there's a session on one of those days.

The ancient dragon that the angel told me about when I asked for forgotten loot...
Apparently it is older than old and the dragons probably don't much care for a unified world order. It is much harder to be enigmatic strangers or random predators in that sort of environment...

Wasn't that a red dragon?

Would a red dragon be willing to aid us, even against a mutual foe?

Not going to be able to have a game today. I haen't had my nap after work and won't be able to stay up. Third shift bites sometimes.

The red dragon will help for much the same reason that we are helping. World domination is bad for independent businesses...

Here's what I'm going to do this week, what I should have done instead of last week's session. Your characters have two weeks worth of downtime after the incident with Princess Cecile. You can use that time for crafting, gathering information, shopping, or whatever. Post what you want to do, I'll either roll the necessary checks or arrange a short-term maptools server sometime this week to roll it out for you, then post the results. I'll say this much now: The next three or four sessions will be primarily concerned with the Succession War in Markavia. The Cecile situation will not be coming to a head for at least six months (in-game).
