You'll have to spend money researching it as if it were a new spell, unless you manage to find Ficus's spellbook or something.

The spell effects are:

1HD or less: Instant kill with no save
>1HD: Roll 1d6 per caster level (max 20d6). All creatures under this total must make a will save or die.

All this talk of instant death effects seems to be a cue to roll up a backup character.

I'm almost certainly going to miss the next session, as I'll be hundreds of miles away. I wouldn't mind if you abstracted my healing spells in, but I would prefer that nobody control my character.

Excuse me for triple posting, but is there a way to save a log of this upcoming session? I'd like to skim over it to find what I missed.

PS: Any decision on that abstraction of healing spells?

Hmm, lemme check the program really quick, but I believe there's an option to log chat in it...

There's an option in the config menu for the name of the chat log autosave (chatlog.html), but I can't find any such file on my computer.  It might be that the server is the only one who can save it, or I might just be missing something.

Game ought to be at the usual time tonight. Please note that this will be a very "seat-of my-pants" session, as there are at least a dozen ways this can go, so I couldn't prepare maps.

Isn't "the usual time" like, an hour ago?

EDIT: Isn't the usual time, like, two hours ago? And at what time does "tonight" end for Shonus, so I know how late to stay up...?

Really sorry. I had a power outage last night, and fell asleep before I could reconnect to the Internet.

Damn, I was close. I thought your Internet Provider had had a malfunction.

Even if I did, I could spontaneously convert them to heals.

So was there a game? What'd I miss?
