Are you still recruiting? if so what time is it being played?

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

The next session is 50:30 from now. However, we're moving into the endgame, so you might not want to consider joining.

On a related subject, I think this will last another 6 to 8 sessions at most (I doubt that any of you are surprised), so that's roughly ten, twelve weeks. I'd like suggestions on what to play next, as I do like this group.

At the point when the cleric becomes a literal deity, the endgame is not far off.

I do really like this group, so I'm up for another campaign after. It'll be nice to pick up some new members with the start of a new campaign as well. D&D 3.5 is my favorite, but I'm willing to try some other systems. (GURPS hasn't really stuck with me, though.) It might be interesting to do a lower-power campaign next. This campaign is definitely the best-executed high power campaign I've been in, but there are only so many gods to fight.  :P

Technically, you haven't fought any gods yet.

How do you feel about SW Saga, barb? I'd really like to run (or play) a game of that, especially if I ever get around to rewriting the vehicle rules (which I dislike both for excessive abstraction and not fitting the universe at all.)

I do not really remember anything about this, but it is an obvious thing to mention...
Since I'm trying out a new day and time anyway, would there be any objections to shelving this campaign for a week? I've been having a hard time keeping my interest up, and switching campaigns every so often will help. I was thinking we could try out one of my D20 modern campaign ideas, see how that goes. (Apart from everything else, Modern will be hugely easier to improvise in.)
The only other obvious idea is to play D&D as a party of starfish aliens and Cthuloids come to impose the glorious empinkining upon this new world...

P.S.
 Can I have a D12? For H.P....

12. Don't forget that your CON has been doubled.

We could try D20 modern again. I have several modern-era campaigns I could dust off. (I have so many worlds in my head that I'll never get a chance to use, so I'm flexible.)

The SW Saga rules look pretty interesting, but what sort of setting would we be doing? I'm not familiar with much of the Star Wars universe outside of the movies. I could also go for some d20 modern, but again I'm curious about the settings. I can probably get a handle on just about any ruleset if there's a setting even half as cool as this one.

I am assuming that the doubling is a one-time effect to my base stat, as opposed to doubling the bonuses from magical items or continuing to double if I later upgrade it due to levelling or getting inherent bonuses from wishes or manuals or some such...
