Roger Blackwater

Hit Roll: 1d10-1=8, 1d10-1=9, 1d10-1=1, 1d10-1=8

Tell me if I did anything wrong. I write up the description and back story later when it isn't 5:00 AM over here.
I count 35 HP, you probably didn't subtract the con penalty from your first Hit Die. Just to be certain: 10-1+8+9+1+8=35, still seems to be 35 instead of 36 to me.

Every single one of your stats is odd, not that there is anything wrong with that...

You don't have any ranks in knowledge(Local: quaint mountain village with no bearing on the adventure at all) and Craft(Toffee Apples) is also strangely absent...

You either have 35 point buy, which probably isn't illegal, put you level bump into charisma, or, assuming that your feats are in order of when you took them, didn't have the dexterity requirement for two-weapon fighting. I will assume that you started with 14 charisma...

And finally, the lack of a description does not bode well for your character's inclusion in the event, but otherwise it looks good Although you may find it a touch difficult to remain alive, HP and fort saves have a nasty habit of being important, especially to melee fighters, regardless of your AC, although if you choose to be a ranged fighter then hopefully it will get you by...

Um sure. The health of both the bard looks odd. The bard should have 13 and the fighter should have 50.

Ops oh wait, the fighter is fine.

Alright, fixed. I wasn't sure about the bard's health since 13 seemed abysmally low compared to the fighter's 55 but hey, not much I can do about that.

Well, yes, I'll admit that he's not the most optimized fighter, but I was going for a graceful and witty character, more scalpel and less chainsaw.

And yes, I did put my level dump on charisma.  Maybe I should use it on something else. And now that you mention it, points in Knowledge skills would probably be better than dropping them all on swim and climb.

i didnt max a single one of my skills, i may siffer for it but i like the result, also if my character is included she will try to talk her way out of anything that has a chance of it, although she may not be that good

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Carrion's background looks alright, if the criminal record is a result of shenanigans, they'll probably figure out that he's not a bad guy.  Moreover, someone with expert knowledge of wilderness and animals is important in a world where here be dragons.  When some crazy ass monster latches onto the bottom of your ship you'll want someone who knows what it is and how to kill it.

That is what I was banking on, as far as the criminal issue goes.  Good to hear it.

I like your swimming barbarian.  Where can I find the list of deities we will be using?  My ranger definitely needs one.

I think I'll go with the default Greyhawk/Planescape cosmology for now.

Sounds good.  Do you have any idea when you'll be starting the campaign?  Not to be antsy or anything.  Just curious how your preparations are coming along.

I'm not sure when it'll start, I'm still working on stuff.  Not too long.

One thing.  If you're using classes/rules/etc from a splatbook or something that isn't in the basic core books, could you cite it somewhere so I can look it up?

Player handbook 2 class ability substitution for me, no rage but bonuse when low on hp. Feats are form complete warrior and handbook 2.
